Our Services

We provide artificial grass installation and related services for homes and businesses in Peoria, IL and surrounding areas. When you hire us, we will provide you with a quote that outlines the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Your acceptance of our quote creates a binding agreement between you and LawnTrail Peoria Artificial Grass.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We also may need to modify the scope of work if we encounter unexpected conditions during installation. If this happens, we will discuss the changes with you before proceeding.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars. We require a deposit before we begin work, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to charge interest on the unpaid balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear access to the work area and that any necessary permits are obtained. You must also ensure that underground utilities are marked before we begin excavation. While we take reasonable care to avoid damage, we are not responsible for unmarked utilities or obstacles.

You should remove any items of value from the work area. While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to plants, sprinkler systems, or other items that interfere with the installation area.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for one year from the date of installation. This means if there is a problem with how we installed your artificial grass, we will fix it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Artificial grass products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product. We will provide you with warranty information for the specific products used in your installation. These manufacturer warranties are separate from our workmanship guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide excellent service, but sometimes things go wrong. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives any termination or expiration of this agreement.

Changes to Service

If you want to make changes to the agreed-upon scope of work, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes may affect the price and timeline. We will provide you with a revised quote for your approval before proceeding with any changes.

If weather or other conditions prevent us from working as scheduled, we will notify you and reschedule at the earliest opportunity. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation

You may cancel your project before we begin work by providing written notice. If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, you will be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date, plus a restocking fee of up to 25% for special-order materials.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem with our service, please talk to us first. We want to make things right. If we cannot resolve the issue through discussion, you agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be settled in the courts of Peoria County, Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after we post changes means you accept the new terms.
